Welcome to SwiftClaw, a managed AI agent infrastructure platform owned and operated by Autonomous Systems Demo Corp ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SwiftClaw platform, services, and any related materials (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using SwiftClaw, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our platform or services.

SwiftClaw is the brand and platform operated by Autonomous Systems Demo Corp.
Note: This is a demonstration service. Autonomous Systems Demo Corp and SwiftClaw are fictive entities for demonstration purposes only.
2. Definitions
- "SwiftClaw" refers to the managed AI agent infrastructure platform, including web interface, API, CLI tools, documentation, and related services.
- "Customer", "User", "You" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using SwiftClaw services.
- "Agent" refers to autonomous AI software deployed and managed through the SwiftClaw platform.
- "Service" refers to the infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, and management capabilities provided by SwiftClaw.
- "Subscription" refers to the paid plan you select to access SwiftClaw services.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate registration information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not be located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
4. Service Description
SwiftClaw provides:
- Managed infrastructure for deploying autonomous AI agents
- One-click agent deployment via web UI or CLI
- Fully managed hosting, scaling, and monitoring
- Multi-model AI support (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama)
- Persistent memory and context management
- Multi-channel deployment (Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Teams, etc.)
- Real-time monitoring dashboard and analytics
- Multi-agent orchestration capabilities
- Access to 5,700+ prebuilt skills and custom integrations
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Account Registration & Security
To use SwiftClaw, you must:
- Create an account with accurate information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
You may not:
- Share your account credentials
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
- Use another person's account without permission
- Impersonate others or provide false information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use SwiftClaw only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:
- Deploy agents that violate laws or regulations
- Use the service for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment
- Deploy agents that spam, phish, or distribute malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Overload or disrupt the platform infrastructure
- Deploy agents that violate third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
- Use the service to create competing AI agent platforms
- Deploy agents that generate harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content
- Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security measures
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
7. AI Model Usage & Compliance
When using AI models through SwiftClaw:
- You are responsible for compliance with each AI provider's terms of service
- You must comply with usage policies of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and other providers
- You are responsible for the content generated by your agents
- We are not liable for AI model outputs or decisions made by your agents
- You must implement appropriate safeguards and monitoring for your use case
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of SwiftClaw is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Your Data
- You retain ownership of your agent code, configurations, and data
- We process your data only to provide the service
- We implement security measures to protect your data
- You are responsible for backing up critical data
Agent Logs & Monitoring
- We collect execution logs and performance metrics
- Logs are retained according to your subscription plan (typically 30 days)
- You can export logs through the dashboard or API
Third-Party Integrations
- When you integrate with external services (Slack, GitHub, etc.), you authorize data sharing
- You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms and privacy policies
9. Intellectual Property
SwiftClaw Platform
All platform code, design, branding, documentation, and infrastructure are the intellectual property of Autonomous Systems Demo Corp.
Your Agent Code
- You retain all rights to your agent code and configurations
- You grant us a limited license to host, execute, and monitor your agents as necessary to provide the service
- We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property
Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.
10. Subscription Plans & Billing
Subscription Tiers
SwiftClaw offers multiple subscription plans with different features, limits, and pricing.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing customers
Usage Limits
- Each plan has limits on agents, executions, storage, and other resources
- Exceeding limits may result in throttling, additional charges, or service interruption
- You can monitor usage through the dashboard
Taxes
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes will be added to your invoice based on your location.
11. Free Trials & Promotional Credits
We may offer free trials or promotional credits:
- Free trials are limited to one per customer
- Promotional terms are specified at the time of offer
- We may terminate free trials if we detect abuse
- Unused credits expire according to the terms provided
12. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time
Refunds
- Refunds are provided only as required by applicable consumer protection laws
- We may offer refunds at our discretion for service failures or billing errors

Account Deletion
- You may request account deletion at any time
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- We retain certain data as required by law (billing records, etc.)
13. Service Availability & Uptime
Uptime Guarantee
- We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans
- Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible
- Uptime excludes scheduled maintenance and force majeure events
No Warranty
- SwiftClaw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted service
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (AI providers, cloud infrastructure, etc.)
14. Support
Support Channels

- Documentation and guides available on the platform
- Community support (Discord, forums, etc.)
Support Scope
Support includes:
- Platform usage guidance
- Bug reports and troubleshooting
- Account and billing assistance
Support does NOT include:
- Custom agent development
- Debugging your agent code
- Extended consulting or training
- Third-party integration support beyond basic guidance
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
No Liability For
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption
- Agent failures or incorrect outputs
- Third-party service disruptions (AI providers, cloud infrastructure)
- Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Your agent code and configurations
- Compliance with laws applicable to your use case
- Security of your deployed agents
- Monitoring and controlling agent behavior
- Backup of critical data
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autonomous Systems Demo Corp from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of SwiftClaw
- Your agent code or configurations
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of third-party rights
- Your breach of applicable laws
17. Third-Party Services
SwiftClaw integrates with third-party services including:
- AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta)
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Communication platforms (Slack, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
- Payment processors (Stripe)
Your Responsibility
- You must comply with each third-party service's terms and policies
- We are not responsible for third-party service changes, outages, or pricing
- Third-party costs (API usage, etc.) are your responsibility unless included in your plan
18. Termination
By You
You may terminate by canceling your subscription.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Fail to pay subscription fees
- Use the service in a way that harms our platform or other users
Effect of Termination
- Your agents will be stopped and data deleted according to our retention policy
- You lose access to the platform and all associated data
- Outstanding fees remain due
- Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination
19. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective:
- Immediately for new users
- 30 days after notice for existing users (via email or platform notification)
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must cancel your subscription.
20. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Add, modify, or remove features
- Change pricing with 30 days' notice
- Discontinue the service with 90 days' notice
We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
21. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California
- You waive the right to participate in class actions
- Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes
Exceptions
We may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or security breaches.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Autonomous Systems Demo Corp regarding SwiftClaw.
